Frank Schepis is an excellent design consultant. He is helpful with design, color and style recommendations. He provides very good follow through on orders. We would highly recommend his services. The Ethan Allen store manager Olivia met with us initially and worked with us to get 3-D renderings of potential furniture arrangements. The service is excellent here.

Olivia from the Tucson store was very accommodating of our mobility issues, making a trip to our home in Sierra Vista with chair and wood samples. Kerry Marschke followed up on Olivia's visit, addressed some of our concerns, gave excellent advise, and was professional throughout the purchase, manufacturing, and delivery. The office pieces from the Continental collection which we purchased sight unseen exceeded our expectations. The delivery gentlemen Jesus and Carlos were impeccably professional and careful with the items. These office furnishings compliment our other Ethan Allen furniture purchased years ago. We couldn't be happier.

Kerry at the Tucson Ethan Allen was wonderful to work with. We recently moved to the area and the furniture we had was too bulky for the new space. He listened to what I wanted and his suggestions were spot on. We love our new look and enjoy the great room and eating nook so much now. I have recently purchased a number of EA items for my family room and have had excellent experience, from the quality and selection to the individualized customer service to the "white glove" delivery service. Most recently I purchased a curio cabinet to fill one corner of the room and the results exceeded my expectations. The piece is perfect and fits the corner niche like it was made for it. I would especially like to thank Frank Schepis, the Design Consultant, for his assistance and guidance throughout the process. You get what you pay for. To me, Ethan Allen is worth every penny (many of them) we invested in our piece. I cannot wait for the dining room table and chairs to come. The staff at Ethan Allen are wonderful to work with.

Frank Schepis, our design consultant at Ethan Allen in Tucson is wonderful. In choosing furniture for our new house, Frank hit it out of the ballpark (just like he did ten years ago when we remodeled our former house). He has excellent design sense and an amazing talent for listening and supporting what we gravitated toward while offering fantastic choices because he knows so much about what looks good and what is timeless. Of course Ethan Allen furniture is not just gorgeous, but it's always super sturdy, well crafted and made in the USA so that helps too. We couldn't be happier with our choices thanks to Frank's thoughtful and professional input. He's the best! I’ve been an Ethan Allen consumer for over 25 years. The staff at this location go above and beyond. Ashleigh helped me design a dining room and bedroom. I supplied the new paint color for the interior and we matched up everything perfectly. This was the first time I used a home consultation. Ashleigh, was a professional as she listened to what I was going for and wasn’t afraid to offer feedback.
